SAN GABRIEL

THE FARMS

Graciela Rodriguez Ospina currently manages operations at San Gabriel farm, where she upholds her family’s coffee- centric traditions alongside her siblings. Having spent her entire life on the farm, which the family has cherished for over five decades, Graciela took over coffee production. Her decision to focus on producing specialty coffees, to enhance the value of a product often undervalued in the local market, proved to be highly successful. Surprisingly, adapting to new coffee varieties like orange tabi, caturra, and SL28 resulted in excellent cupping scores.
