Firstly, we manage our sourcing and logistics responsibly, with a focus on the community and environment. We invest significant time in researching coffee origins and what makes them special: the climate and topography, sustainability and community welfare initiatives, the quality of the coffee, and its harvesting and processing methods.
Additionally, we prioritize small coffee producers and emerging, lesser-known specialty coffee origins. We bring their coffees to Europe and share these farmers’ stories and efforts with our roaster partners.
