La Primavera, a second-generation coffee farm, initially utilized its land for cattle pastures. However, in 1995, they shifted their focus to cultivating coffee, starting with traditional varieties like Caturra and Castillo. Post-2005, they focused on producing premium coffees, prompting a shift to certain varieties, notably pink bourbon. Moreover, the farm boasts 8 hectares of land dedicated to a natural reserve. Presently, they process various types of coffee, including natural and washed varieties.
