Cundinamarca is a farm located in the town of Bruselas. It is a privileged area for coffee cultivation due to its soils and microclimate, where temperatures are lower than usual because it receives the cold winds from the entire Colombian massif.
Andrés Benavidez is a young producer who, since childhood, has shown much interest in coffee cultivation. Still, it was not until his parents died that he inherited 4 hectares of land where he has his coffee plantations today. Being young has helped him innovate in processes and be at the forefront of special coffee requirements, so he has participated in different coffee competitions where he has always occupied the first positions. The above he has done because of their efforts and interest in learning new ways to process his coffee.
This particular lot was selected in eighth place in a specialty coffee competition in the department of Huila. It is a very clean coffee with high acidity, where citrus fruit and caramel flavors predominate.
