Kiamabara Washing Station is situated in the town of Kabare, within the Gichugu division of Nyeri County. It’s located close to Karatina Town and, along with Gatina, forms the Mugaga Farmer Cooperative Society (FCS). The washing station currently has approximately 3,000 active members. Each member typically owns about half a hectare of land for cultivating coffee, as well as growing macadamia nuts, beans, bananas, and maize.
