The Cundinamarca farm, named after its founders who hailed from the Cundinamarca region, was initially part of a larger 40-hectare estate. Over time, the land was divided and sold, with Andrés Benavides’ parents acquiring one of the plots, marking the beginning of their coffee-growing tradition. The farm, situated in a warm climate, is now dedicated to producing carefully selected coffees that reflect the region’s quality.
Andrés Benavides, with over 20 years of experience, left school as a teenager to focus on the farm. He later enhanced his expertise through courses in cupping and coffee processing, which he applies to his crops. Today, Andrés, along with his wife and their two young children, continues to cultivate their two farms, ensuring the legacy of quality coffee production.
